Did you establish and maintain rapport? 
Did you dress appropriately?
Did you maintain good posture?
Did you appear timid, disoriented, casual, prepared, formal, serious, happy, depressed, preoccupied, confident, over-confident,  overbearing, condescending? 
Was your vocal quality: monotone, shrill,  clear, dynamic, flowing, out-of-character, hard to understand, difficult to hear, excessively loud?
Were words clearly pronounced?
